A half-kilometer-long trail is laid out in a picturesque forest by the Linkava Stream, in the Varnakalnis Forest of the Krekenava Forest District. While walking along it, visitors have the opportunity to get acquainted with the most common tree species in Lithuanian forests, forest clearings, basic forest maintenance and protection works, and fundamental forestry concepts.
Visitors have the opportunity to learn how to measure the volume of growing and felled tree wood, and observe measures taken to protect trees from forest animals.
