Villa "Grabyte" has a traditional architecture for that period and was built from wood. It has two floors and around 200 sq.m. Most of the antique furniture and objects belong to our family’s past. We have refurbished the house combining the comfort and design with vintage details. Art Deco decorations and eclectic style create a special atmosphere in every room. Here authenticity meets innovation for a perfect harmony.

On the ground floor you will find the main spaces. There is a spacious entrance hall with wardrobes for your coats and shoes, a dining room with an extendable table for 4-6 persons and some other dining tables all around the main area that each fit two people. There is also a large living room with a TV and various sitting lounges. Behind this, there is a fully equipped kitchen with isle and bar chairs for 6 persons. If you go further, you will find a small laundry room with all necessary appliances and a separate bathroom.

All the main living areas have about 100 sq. m. and are used by our guests who rent single rooms. If you take all three rooms, the entire house will be yours. Upstairs, you will be welcomed by our unique suites. Villa "Grabyte" is surrounded by a 1400 sq. m. private garden with pines and acacia trees all around. For warm seasons there is a terrace with leisure and dining areas, a fireplace for barbecues and a private parking. We truly hope you will find peace and relaxation, yet you will appreciate and respect every corner designed with care in this villa.
