A restored monument to all those who died in exile, concentration camps, and tortured partisans who lived in the Šilalė region. There is a train wagon similar to those that deported people from Lithuania. Before the war there was a market in the place of a Depot Square, in Soviet times it was a wasteland, and now this place has become a gathering centre for locals and for visitors.
