Telšiai is a legendary town of seven hills by the lake. Thus, the sculpture reflects the toponymy and topography of the place (given heights), names the hills of the city, mentions the historical signs of the hills, legends and development of the city, indicating the age of the hill. Looking at the water bubble in the lake, you can see the still-sinking treasures of Swedish soldiers mentioned in urban legends, which are still on Lake Mastis.
