Located by Čiurlionis Art School, in a small square, there are seven stone and metal sculptural works erected having unusual shape. They were created in 2007 – 2008 and symbolise seven notes of the gamut. You can hear music here, presented in a quite extraordinary way! Children are studying music in the neighbourhood…

Passers-by, namely the children returning from school and feeling tired, have an opportunity to relax a bit: to use a sculpture as a swing – the gramophone-shaped sculpture "Relax" authored by Artūras Burneika. This is a perfect way for small children to feel the art in a true sense of the word. And the sculpture itself in 2009 was recognized the best among the works created for public spaces.

Other sculptures comprise an impressive collection too: "Note DO" (Donatas Dovidavičius), "A Pause" (Andrius Siderkevičius), "An Instrument" (Vytautas Tallat-Kelpša), "A Bellow-Type Item" (Arvydas Ališanka), "Muse" (Juozas Genevičius), "Among Sounds" (Antanas Balkė). Quite near the Musical School, the "Motherhood" monument can be seen, a work created some fifty years ago by the sculptor Bronius Vyšniauskas, the winner of the National Prize.

Walking trails have been built around the sculptures, and a small lawn nearby is a perfect spot to park themselves for picnics.

Contemporaries recall that this Square was preserved by the efforts of Vytautas Petkevičius, the long-term chief architect of Druskininkai. This space would have been built up with multi-storey structures but for him, and no Sculpture Square would be in Druskininkai to entertain the children.
