This monument is a reminder of Lithuanians suffering in 1941-1999. Symbolically gives a meaning for Lithuanians, Skuodas city citizens about the peoples’ history, their suffering for a brighter, more meaningful life. Monument was made by Kaunas city citizen and sculptor Vytautas Narutis.
