In 2023, a character from M. Martinaitis' Kukutis' Ballads was brought to life here. Sculptor L. Šiupšinskas was inspired by the ballad "A Night's Stay with the Samogitian Kukutis", in which Kukutis is portrayed as one-eyed, one-legged, and half-blind. The sculptor's task was to depict him as a positive figure who brings only good emotions to everyone. Considering the location, Kukutis is shown "fishing from the pavement," beneath which the Rasupis stream still flows - the origin of the name of Raseiniai.
